Development
This transgenic mouse line has an ‘enhanced’ GFP (EGFP) cDNA under the control of the CAG promoter that causes green fluorescence in all tissues except red blood cells and hair. The viability of the pure mice was normal.

2. Cells isolated from EGFP transgenic mice may be easier to culture than wild-type mouse primary cells
